Clear retainers and night guards may look similar to Invisalign trays, but they serve very different purposes. Invisalign is designed to actively move your teeth using a series of aligners over time, while retainers are made to hold your teeth in place after treatment, and night guards are built to absorb pressure from grinding or clenching.
