Most store guards get chewed, loosened, and eventually left in a bag. A guard that fits exactly does not need to be clenched to stay put, so athletes actually wear it for the whole game, which is the only kind of protection that counts.
We take a quick iTero 3D scan at any visit, no impression trays, and a lab builds the guard to that scan: thin over the teeth you talk with, thicker where impacts land. It comes back in your colors with your name on it if you want.
