Honest care at mend means you leave knowing what was found, what it costs, and why it matters. No pressure. No surprise add-ons. Just clear information so you can choose with confidence.
What “no upselling” looks like in the chair
A lot of people avoid the dentist because they expect a sales pitch. At mend, that is not how visits work.
We start with a thorough exam, digital X-rays, and a 3D scan so you can see what we see. Then Dr. Monique Sison walks you through options in plain language. If something is urgent, we say so. If it can wait, we say that too.
You hear the plan and the price before anything starts. Nothing moves forward until you say yes.
Straightforward advice, every visit
Our promise is simple: honest advice, focused on comfort, and never a push.
- We make sure you understand your options.
- We recommend only what fits your goals and your mouth.
- We keep the visit efficient without cutting corners on thoroughness.
That approach is why so many new patients come from family and friends. People trust care that feels respectful.
Transparency on cost and insurance
Money stress is part of why dental visits feel hard. We talk about coverage and out-of-pocket cost before treatment, not after.
We accept most major PPO plans, including Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, MetLife, and UnitedHealthcare. Call us and we will verify your benefits before your visit so you know what is covered.
If you do not have insurance, ask about our mend VIP Membership: two routine cleanings, two exams with X-rays, and member pricing on treatment for $399/year.
Comfort without the hard sell
Honest care also means the visit itself feels calmer. Netflix in every room, Bose Frames if you want to tune out, blankets and neck pillows, and gelato from our Solato machine on the way out.
Comfort is standard here. It is not a reward for saying yes to extra treatment.
