Patient settled in with a blanket and headphones

You do not have to “tough it out.” Many of our patients come in after years of avoiding the dentist. We expect that, and we plan around it.

What happens at a first visit

A warm welcome comes first. You are greeted by name, offered a blanket or a treat, and our average wait is under 3 minutes.

Then we do a thorough exam with a 3D digital scan and AI-powered diagnostics so you and Dr. Monique Sison can see the full picture together. After that, you get a personalized plan with transparent pricing. Nothing starts until you understand it and agree.

How we make anxious visits calmer

Comfort is standard at mend, not a special request.

  • Netflix streaming in every room so you can watch something familiar
  • Bose Frames to play your music or show and quiet the office sounds
  • Blankets, neck pillows, and a stress ball if you want one
  • Fresh gelato from our Solato machine on the way out (just brush after)

Our team listens first. Nobody lectures. Every step gets explained before it happens. If something feels off, we often notice before you have to say a word, and we check in.

Sedation and other calm options

We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for anxious patients and longer procedures. It wears off within minutes, so you can usually drive home.

Dr. Sison is known for injections patients barely notice: topical numbing first, then slow and steady. You can also bring a friend or family member to sit with you.

What to tell us when you book

Say you’re nervous. That’s enough. We will go slower, explain each step before it happens, and agree on a signal so you can pause at any time.

If you’ve had a rough dental history, share what made it hard. We use that to shape the visit, not to judge you.
